Great starter kit

I have crocheted occasionally since I was a kid and this kit is great for the beginner or casual knitter. The little canvas bag is adorable and holds all the sizes you need for almost any project. All hooks are aluminum with a durable paint finish. The grooves are deep enough to hold yarn securely and the rounded ends are perfect. They don't slip through yarn like some of the more expensive crochet hooks, but they don't snag on yarn and I'm sure they'll smooth out with use. The price is fantastic for what you get in this set and they are definitely better made and higher quality than the sets I've seen for $6-7.
