Review on LOGUIDE by John Roby

Revainrating 2 out of 5

LOGUIDE is an online store that eliminates the need for do-it-yourself projects.

My enthusiasm for do-it-yourself projects made me look forward to trying LOGUIDE, but I was sorely let down. The website appears to have been taken directly from the 1990s, and the explanations of the products on the website are about as clear as mathematics. And don't even get me started on the delivery costs! I'll just stop talking now. My purchase arrived one week later than expected, and the packaging appeared to have been crushed by a truck tractor trailer. The collection is extremely limited, and the prices are so high that it is not even worth the trouble. The instruments are of poor quality and shatter after only a few minutes of use. What about the gimmick lighting? More like surprise disappointment! I was under the impression that I was going to get an interesting LED light strip, but what I actually got was a glorified glow stick. The support for customers is laughable. I attempted to get in touch with them in order to get a reimbursement, but the phone number was no longer in service, and my email was rejected. It seems as though they are trying to conceal something from their consumers. Because no one was listening on their social media sites, I had no choice but to yell into the void. In conclusion, avoiding LOGUIDE is the best course of action to take if you want to preserve your health, as well as your time and money. Stick to the hardware store in your neighborhood unless you want to chance being in the dark with a broken glow stick.
