Because Unomor describes itself as a way of life rather than just a company, I anticipated that as a client I would have a unique and thoughtful experience. I was saddened, though. Customer support was unresponsive, and my home decor purchase was delivered in poor condition. The office supplies I purchased fell short of my expectations and were of poor quality. The baking and cookery supplies lacked imagination and were overpriced. Overall, Unomor's guiding principles failed to provide a satisfying experience.
