Using FIRSTLIKE was a very frustrating experience for me. I was eager to use their online shop as a foreigner for all of my fashion and beauty requirements. I was disappointed by their goods and services, though. The clothes and shoes weren't well-made and didn't resemble the online images at all. After a few wears, the cheap jewelry came apart. The wigs and hair extensions were of poor quality and did not at all appear natural. Even worse, the ordering procedure was difficult, and my items came much later than I had anticipated. When I voiced my concerns, the customer support staff was unhelpful and dismissive. Overall, I would not advise anyone looking for high-quality fashion and beauty items to purchase FIRSTLIKE. Shop elsewhere to save yourself the trouble!
