Unfortunately, KANDOONA did not live up to my hopes and expectations, which were quite lofty to begin with. Their selection of cosmetics, toiletries, and other necessities for the bathroom is extensive, but the products themselves are of poor quality. I mean, sure, the prices are fair, but what good does that do if the products don't perform as advertised? I mean, sure, the prices are fair. I was looking forward to trying out their luxurious bath necessities, but the bath bomb I used dissipated in a matter of seconds, leaving my bathwater in the appearance of a depressing puddle. My complexion was left feeling drier than the Sahara desert after using their soaps, so don't even get me started on that topic. To make matters even worse, the customer support that they provided was a complete and utter failure. I approached them with my concerns, but I was greeted with indifference and apathy when I reached out to them. It goes without saying that I won't be returning to KANDOONA any time soon for any more purchasing. You would be better off searching elsewhere for high-quality bath products if that's what you're after.
