TYLife's Outdoor Products should be avoided!

I was eager to test TYLife's patio and garden products because I enjoy doing outdoor DIY projects. I have been incredibly disappointed with their online shop, though. First of all, their goods are of poor quality. The outdoor carpets I bought did not appear to be as durable as they were claimed to be. Additionally, the outdoor decor items were of poor quality and could not endure even mild weather. Additionally, TYLife offers terrible customer support. I was bombarded with delays and justifications when I tried to return the goods. They processed my return over the course of several weeks, and even then, I only got a portion of my money back. To make things worse, navigating TYLife's website is a major hassle. The product descriptions are ambiguous and unhelpful, and the search feature is useless. The specific items I was looking for were incredibly difficult to locate, and even when I did, they were frequently out of stock. Overall, I would highly suggest staying away from TYLife products. Their website is a hassle to use, their goods are of poor quality, and their customer service is appalling. Spend less and shop around for your outdoor requirements.

Pros
  • High-quality outdoor products at fair rates
Cons
  • Limited warranty for the goods
