My little girl loves mermaids and loves this dress!
Dress is so cute! My daughter wears a 5 and I purchased 5T which looks like it will fit her perfectly--haven't tried on yet!

- My 4 year old looks absolutely adorable in this. We use it as a tunic with leggings.
