Review on LITTLEMOLE by Jim Fuhrer

Review of "The Tale of LittleMole's Nightmare at the Auto Parts Store " When I was looking for auto parts in the past, I made the terrible mistake of purchasing with LITTLEMOLE, and the experience turned out to be a living hell for me. Although they made the assertion that their website was a one-stop shop, I did not find it to be particularly convenient.

To begin, I had a hard time navigating their website, so it took me an inordinate amount of time to locate the components I required. And when I did eventually find what I was looking for, they did not have any more available. However, the true nightmarish experience didn't start until I contacted their customer support. The representative was unhelpful and appeared more interested in making justifications than in finding a solution to my issue. It seemed as though they had no interest in my company or in ensuring that I was happy with the service I received as a consumer. To make matters even more difficult, when I did eventually receive the parts that I had ordered, I discovered that they were of poor quality and did not fit my vehicle correctly. It was a totally pointless expenditure of both time and money. When compared to the performance of other online auto parts retailers, LITTLEMOLE is a complete and utter failure. Their website is difficult to navigate, their stock is inadequate, and their support for customers is unsatisfactory. I would never suggest doing business with them, and I really hope that others can gain some insight from my blunder. The takeaway from this parable is easy to understand: steer clear of LITTLEMOLE at all means in order to spare yourself a horrifying retail experience.

Pros
  • Website that is both attractive and simple to use.
Cons
  • Items that are occasionally out of supply.
