Getting back to normal

First off, I have a $3000 chiropractor bill that I am currently paying back. Each time I go in to see him he charges my $80 for the decompression table (25 mins) and then another $48 depending if I need adjusting. This machine basically pays for itself in one use. I purchased it without the belt, which I am currently saving up for (yes its $200 frigging dollars, pure craziness) But this machine does exactly what it is intended to do. It stretches your back to the point where you set. To be…

Pros
  • ‎1 Count (Pack of 1)
Cons
  • Without proper instruction, the user may not achieve the desired results or even sustain an injury

Tunnel Carpal hazard

It works. It relieves pain. The ratchet lever is too high up and too close to the side of the machine that your wrist will be at a terribly unnatural angle to reach it. They bent the lever up at a 90 degree angle so you can't just slip a tube over it. I put a large box end wrench on the lever (I really need to bend the lever straight so I can get my wrench back) so the place I have to grasp is much lower and I don't have to bend my wrist like you were tryng to scratch your armpit on the same…

This bench change my life!

This bench change my life. I didn't take good care of my back pain for more than 17 months, I have tried inversion table, but that made me feel nauseous so I stop. My legs became tingling all the time, I spend most of my energy dealing with the pain and not able to do all the thing I needed to do until one day i couldn't get out of bed in the morning. After a serious research, I bought this stretch bench, I feel big relieve just for the first try, though the pain comeback after a while, I would

Pros
  • Exercise & Fitness
Cons
  • The bench may cause discomfort or pain if used improperly

This is one of those reviews that has its good side and its bad side.It is easy to set up. The packing is extremely well done and the directions are very easy to follow. It is a very sturdy bench and it does stretch not only your lower back but also your thighs and calves. My chiropractor told me he wanted me on it 10 minutes daily. I only accomplished this after several days trying different methods (descriptions below). It is difficult to get down and up off it since it's suppose to be set up

Pros
  • ‎1 year frame, 90 days parts
Cons
  • The bench may require maintenance or replacement parts over time

Life changing product

This is a long review, but hang in there! Before I start, I know this is going to sound like a paid review, but i assure you it's not.I bought last summer after i threw my back out. The x-ray showed that i had a severely herniated disc in my lower back that earned me an ambulance ride from the chiropractor's office to the emergency room.I was ordered by my doctor to do six weeks of physical therapy, and I was going to the chiropractor about 3 times a week. Nothing seemed to help. So, I got on…

Pros
  • ‎Alloy Steel
Cons
  • The bench may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions
