Women'S Sweetheart Neck Floral Vintage Swing Dress 1950S Sleeveless With Belt Review

I needed a dress for an "Island Party" charity event and this dress fit the theme perfectly. Very comfortable and colors are beautiful. Unfortunately, it did not come with the belt so I cannot say what it would look like with that. I did also purchase a shrug to wear with it and can say it looks good with or without the shrug. Despite how great it is, not sure if I'm keeping it. I wore a very similar dress last year and may not want to wear again this year. Highly recommend though - great fit…

First off, I am 44"-37"-52". I bought the 2X and it fits perfectly. (The "cups" of the breasts aren't ideal, but better than many. They don't cut my bust in half.).I was totally blown away by the quality. I expected thin, flimsy fabric, but this is better quality than stuff I've bought from ModCloth for three times the price. The fabric is thick (not at all see-through), and has a nice drape. The bodice is fully lined! The stitching is all meticulous. I would buy it again in every color.

I got this dress to wear for a low-key latin dance demonstration, and it fits and looks great. The skirt is full enough to add flare while dancing and also twirls really well. It’s very flattering on my hourglass figure.Minor downsides: the belt is long and doesn’t have a second loop to tuck the end into, so I may not wear it. Also, I got the black with red cherries, and the inside lining is white, which makes it look a little cheap.

This dress is amazing! When I first bought the dress I was skeptical about the sizing but dress like these tend to run small. but I was pleasantly surprised when i put it on it fit like a dream! The length is great as well. I am playing a character that looks like she’s from the 50’s and this dress is perfect! Run don’t walk to get this dress!

This is a magical dress. It's just as cool in person as the picture makes it out to be. It's incredibly flattering on an hourglass figure. And the belt it comes with is pretty good too, I wear it with a lot of my dresses.I've washed it around 5 times since I bought it, it has yet to shrink or fade. Fabric does not stretch. It is very vibrant and eye catching.It's my new favorite dress.

This is a really nice dress! I used it with a petticoat from Grace Karin ($15 on Best Buy). It was the perfect length for me at 5’3”. I like my dresses more true vintage length so it was about high-mid calf. Not too long in my opinion. Would definitely be closer to knee length on taller people. It fit well, maybe 1/2 inch tighter than I expected but not too small. I only didn’t like that the zipper was solely for the waist. Love this dress! Well made, quality fabric, beautiful color and perfect fit! This line of dresses are wonderful because fit and design are consistent. Selected this one as a holiday dress and now it is perfect for summer outdoors. Hemmed it to above knees for swing dancing.

Really happy with my Belle Epoque purchase. The material is mainly cotton -not overly synthetic. Love this fern pattern - so many others out there are too busy/wrong colors. Really flattering and comfortable. I want another!

I love this dress! Full dress, Aline and comes with a leather belt. Stretchy around the bust area, but not a lot of stretch. I ordered the XL and I am a size 38 D/DD, any bigger in the bust I would go up a size. Perfect for a holiday or summer dress.

Super cute dress. Bought to go with the shoes, also found on Best Buy, pink mary janes with strawberry charms. Size medium fit 5'2" 126 lbs. great. Had to shorten the straps a bit.

All the reviews said if your boobs are on the bigger side to size up. Normally I’m a medium in womens, a large in juniors & I ordered a large. It was a bit loser than I’d normally wear my clothes around my waist but my boobs wouldn’t have fit had I had ordered a medium. This wasn’t an issue though since I wore a build with it. I ordered another belt for it because the black one that came with it was way too long & didn’t go with the shoes I was wearing. I’d suggest maybe cutting it to fit…

I have ordered several amazing dresses from Belle Pogue in the last year and loved them for their quality and fit. I decided to get a new one for a visit to family next month since I saw a new floral pattern I liked. Glad I ordered it early because I got t today and it is not at all like the ones I ordered last year. The pattern to make it is the same, but the fabric is cheap garbage—it literally looks like a blurry print on spandex…it’s like they made bathing suit material into a dress…it…

I have a 39” bust, 32” waist, 42” hips. I ordered a L. It fit me perfectly around the waist and hips, but the straps were WAY too short, so the upper part of the dress dug into my armpits. Just bizarre. I’m sad, because it really is such a beautiful design and it came packaged so neatly. I may try going up a size.
